Miyamoto Musashi (宮本 武蔵), born Shinmen Takezō (新免 武蔵, c. 1584 – 13 June 1645),[1] also known as Miyamoto Bennosuke and by his Buddhist name, Niten Dōraku,[2] was a Japanese swordsman, strategist, artist, and writer who became renowned through stories of his unique double-bladed swordsmanship and undefeated record in his 62 duels (next is 33 by Itō Ittōsai). Musashi is considered a kensei (sword saint) of Japan.[3] He was the founder of the Niten Ichi-ryū, or Nito Ichi-ryū, style of swordsmanship, and in his final years authored The Book of Five Rings (五輪の書, Go Rin No Sho) and Dokkōdō (獨行道, The Path of Aloneness). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miyamoto_Musashi

phrase from Dan Davies' Unaccountability Machine: The communication between the decision-maker and the decided-upon has been broken – they have created a handy sink into which negative feedback can be poured without any danger of it affecting anything. Can lead to pathological organization?
The Unaccountability Machine — why do big systems make bad decisions? Waiting to board a flight recently... A fellow passenger had been refused boarding and was pleading with the airline attendant. The attendant was obviously sympathetic — but it was down to company policy. We were witnessing what Dan Davies calls an “accountability sink”: a situation in which a human system delegates decision-making to a rule book rather than an identifiable individual. If something goes wrong, no one is held to account. (more)

Yiddish (ייִדיש, יידיש or אידיש, yidish or idish, pronounced [ˈ(j)ɪdɪʃ], lit. 'Jewish'; ייִדיש-טײַטש, historically also Yidish-Taytsh, lit. 'Judeo-German')[10] is a West Germanic language historically spoken by Ashkenazi Jews (Judaism). It originated in 9th century[11]: 2 Central Europe, and provided the nascent Ashkenazi community with a vernacular based on High German fused with many elements taken from Hebrew (notably Mishnaic) and to some extent Aramaic. Most varieties of Yiddish include elements of Slavic languages and the vocabulary contains traces of Romance languages.[12][13][14] Yiddish has traditionally been written using the Hebrew alphabet. Prior to World War II, there were 11–13 million speakers. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yiddish
